Ventflow is incorporated in Switzerland. Our web servers are hosted by Hostinger in Lithuania, which implements industry-standard security measures and complies with applicable EU data-protection regulations (including GDPR).

Registration Data

When you create an account on our Site, we collect:

  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Password (stored securely, hashed and salted)

You may review, update, or delete these details at any time via your account dashboard (with the exception of your username).

Support & Inquiry Data

We handle all customer support and general inquiries via:

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide—such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details of your request—to respond to and resolve your inquiry. We retain this information for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with any legal obligations.

Contact Form Data

Information submitted through our “Contact Us” form (name, email, company, message) is sent to info@ventflow.ch via Hostinger Mail. Hostinger Mail is GDPR-compliant and processes data solely for message delivery. We never use this data for marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Comments & Feedback

If blog commenting or feedback features are enabled, we will collect:

  • Comment text

  • Your name or handle

  • Email address (not publicly displayed)

  • IP address and browser user agent (for spam prevention)

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Analytics & Tracking

Promotional Communications Data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
6. Third Party Access to Your Data

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share limited information only with trusted partners who help us deliver services:

  • Hostinger: hosting infrastructure and mail delivery

  • Stripe & PayPal (optional): if you choose to pay for services, payment data is processed by these PCI-compliant providers and never stored on our servers

  • Google Analytics: anonymous usage tracking

All partners process data under GDPR-level safeguards.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account.

  • Support inquiries & call logs: Retained as long as needed to resolve requests and comply with legal requirements.

  • Promotional opt-in records: Retained until you unsubscribe or request erasure.

Upon your request, we will erase all personal data not subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

General Rights

If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address).
If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or other product-related services to you.
